When posting provide your WPSLP Plugin environment found under the SLP plugin Info.

General Guidelines on requesting support.

1)  Please  Start a new post , do not add to someone else’s post unless you are answering their specific question.

•  do not list multiple issues in one post unless they are pertaining to one add-on. Example : Import/export  issue under Power add-on.

2)  Provide versions, including the SLP add-ons you may have.  Best method to provide this info is to capture a screenshot , under the Info tab , provide your SLP Plug-in environment

3)   Provide the  site url page you are having issues with example: htps://mysite/locator

 

You may  also  relay  to the forum  the steps you took to test the issue or changes you made to your site  that fixed the issues.

There are thousands of users’ sites that currently have the Store Locator Plus Plug-in with Add-ons installed using  varying themes, PhP versions, hosting sites, and each with their own configurations  Because of the many variations and uniqueness of each site, please do not add your comments or “me too” to another persons forum post even if the topic title looks familiar. This is called “glomming”, and  adds a new date stamp and often your site is not using the same versions,configuration, etc.

• Note:    Avoid posting images of the front end of your  actual site.
• The only screenshot  needed is the one of your SLP Plugin environment fiund in the back end. If you provide us the site url we will inspect as needed.
