Please note, you should contact your host server if they have not updated PHP. There was a major security breach announced all over the internet about PHP.
The latest update to Power has been released. The update allows Power to wok with PHP 8.2.
This should fix your issues.
I am testing the current version of SLP 2610.13 along with same version of Power and I see the error. I have reported it to the developer.

Log into your account and “purchase” the free SLP plug-in to obtain the latest version to use on your staging site with the latest version of Power. The issue is version incompatibility that was patched when both plug-in and add-ons were updated
What is your Plug-in environment?
Your staging site does not appear to have the WPSLP plug-in installed.
The production site has an outdated version of Store Locator Plus.
You should download the latest version of the base plug-in in order for the latest version of power to work correctly.

The developer did troubleshooting and answered in the e-mail sent by the last POC from your company who also asked questions. The developers answer for anyone else who stumbles across this question:
You have TWO Store Locator Plus® input forms on your page
The SLP plugin’s JavaScript says, “Find the input with the ID ‘addressInput’ on the page, grab the data and get the latitude/longitude for it, then go find locations in the database nearby”.
With two of the same input ID on the page it will always grab the first one that matches.On your page this happens to be hidden, thus the user never interacts with it.That means it will ALWAYS empty.SLP will get an empty address and default to searching as if your default “center map” location was entered.I think someone named Amanda has sent the info as far as versions,
but we do not have a clear understanding of what the exact issue is.
Is it that the locator does not return specific zip codes? What is your search radius settings?
We noted to Amanda that you are using PHP 7.4 which is no longer supported and some SLP code is specific to PHP 8.xxx
But it’s possible that isn’t the issue, I cannot determine without some specific info as to , what steps you are taking, what layout are you using? I noticed you do not have the radius drop down as part of the search layout.
Again, it might be a glitch with Google not returning correct info regarding your search parameters .
So if you could be specific that would help

Please review the guidelines and also check the versions currently in production for updates that are shown n downloads in your account.
If the issue is the geocoded location does not match the Google location, that is an issue for the Google API dev team.

Its difficult to read your question .What new site are you using the plug-in on?
Is it a multi site?

P.S. That site is very slow to load and has a lot of errors on it that are unrelated to SLP.
One that may effect SLP execution is REST issues that are show using developer tools.
Also your site may be timing out when you are trying to execute imports or exports.
As mentioned we have tested on our sites and this has not been reported anywhere else.

Sorry about that. The developer was out of the country and then ill when he returned.

Search in the Word press forums for information regarding your CRON issues. As mentioned I of not experience this on my test site so guessing there is something else going on.

Can you set up a clone or staging site with a plain ol WP theme and the latest versions of the plug-in and Power add-on?
See if the export works and if not you use WP debug ,
I cannot replicate your issue as mentioned in the emails we have exchanged.
Sorry, we do not keep Legacy versions of the plug-in or add-ons. Those versions are 2 years old and WordPress has had many updates since then .
That is why we always suggest doing a back up before updating. Do you h ave a back up of earlier versions of your site using Jet{ack or something like it?
Now that the developer has recuperated from his travels and illness he should be able to take a look at what changed in the last reiterations of our updates.
He prioritizes fixes and issues for the SLP SaaS projects since they are monthly subscriptions. ( that product line doesn’t use the Pages features). So thank you for being patient. Sorry about the delays.

The versions listed in the June reply are no longer the versions. Also make sure you are deleting the older versions. I looked on the site that you listed in previous posts and there was a REST error. Also there looked like three different versions but not they are not current. If you are using subdirectories follow the info provided in the article below
